Russian antitrust clears Delo Grp’s bid for 30.75% in Global Ports

MOSCOW, Mar 2 (PRIME) -- Russia’s Federal Antimonopoly Service has allowed Delo Group of businessman Sergei Shishkaryov, to acquire a 30.75% interest in Global Ports with a restrictive order, the authority said in a statement on Friday.

The order conditions were not disclosed.

Global Ports said in December that Transportation Investments Holding of Nikita Mishin, Konstantin Nikolayev and Andrei Filatov agreed to sell 30.75% in Global Ports to Delo Group. The deal was to be closed by April 2018.
